Keep your eyes up.
There’s a perceived tension between the dog and his bone that serves to create a subtle dialogue with the building’s architecture and the site.
The Opportunity
To leverage Heavy’s PLAN—BUILD™ process to ensure the design process was thorough, the fabrication process seamless, and the installation mind-blowing.
The Approach
Heavy’s process helped establish a collaborative way of working together, from early on in the design process to installation — and beyond.
Our team took full ownership of the conceptual design and we followed the project through to completion. Working with Brookfield to find an artist team, facilitating the design process, ensuring the selected materials would stand the test of time and, finally, evaluating the design based on our rigorous safety standards.
Our experienced, cross-functional project management team controlled the project scope from start to finish, allowing Inges Idee to focus on the concept and its intent. Brookfield was free to focus on the greater project development while we assumed the risk for this creative element.
